The Sky Legend at Cotton Ranch Association is primarily responsible for the maintenance of limited common elements including some roads, street lights, and drainage facilities inside of the Sky Legend neighborhood.  The Association is also responsible for maintenance of front yard landscaping for the Traditional and Cottage homes (not custom homes) in the communities .  Only residential properties within Sky Legend are members of the Association.  All properties in Sky Legend pay quarterly dues for general items and homes with front yard landscaping pay additional quarterly amounts for such services.

 

The Association is governed by a five member Board of Directors, which meet on a quarterly basis at the Creekside Grill.  The Association also holds an annual Member meeting in January of each year at the Creekside restaurant.

Provides architectural control for the community of Cotton Ranch and is responsible for reviewing and approving all new construction, renovations, and exterior improvements.

Master HOA for the valley floor and upper bench providing common area maintenance to the community.

A quasi-municipal corporation that finances the infrastructure of the Cotton Ranch Development, primarily irrigation.

Sitting on the upper bench of Cotton Ranch, Sky Legend HOA is responsible for the maintenance of limited common elements. It also is responsible for some infrastructure not owned by the town of Gypsum.
